The Danæg Group processes and protects your Personal Data. As Data Controller, we collect and process your Personal Data in connection with the usage of websites within the Danæg Group.

1. Categories of Personal Data and purpose
1.1 We collect and process the following kinds of Personal Data about you:
• IP-address
• Profiling on the website
• Information given in connection with a competition
• Contact details
 
1.2 We process the Personal Data for the following purpose:
• Participation in competitions
• Possibility to answer requests through the Danæg websites, including complaints and applications
• Sending newsletters
When we collect Personal Data for the above-mentioned purpose directly from you, you provide us this data to use the website and participate in competitions. You are not obliged to hand us the information. The consequences of not giving the Personal Data are not being able to participate in competitions, contact the Danæg Group or use online services at the Danæg domains.
 
2. Transfer of the Personal Data
2.1 Transfer of Personal Data
We may transfer and share your Personal Data with the following recipients:
• Responsible for sending prizes from competitions
• Tax authorities in connection with competitions
• Responsible for recruitment and application process
• Responsible for customer complaints
 
2.2 Data processors’ access to Personal Data
We provide our partners with access to personal data, including IT suppliers, who are storing and processing Personal Data on our behalf. Our partners and suppliers must comply with the Danæg Group instructions for storing and processing Personal Data. It is also the responsibility of the Danæg Group that storage and processing is in accordance with the data protection legislation.

3. Retaining period
We retain your Personal Data as long as it is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purpose, but at most in:
• Contact information and details on request are stored for a maximum of 12 months from the end of the inquiry
• Competition data is saved for a maximum of 12 months after the prize has been shipped and received
• Applications are stored for a maximum of 6 months
• Complaints are stored for a maximum of 12 months
 
4. Your rights
With certain statutory exceptions, you always have the right to request access to your Personal Data.
Furthermore, you have the right to request a rectification or a restriction to process your Personal Data.
You also have the right to receive a digital copy of the Personal Data provided by you in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format if our processing of the data is based on your consent or a contract you have signed with us (data portability).
We delete your Personal Data by request, unless we have the authority to continue the processing.
You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority such as the Data Protection Inspectorate.
